About Me
Born into the sound of Midwestern cicadas in a despaired town, I grew up surrounded by stillness that hummed like memory. Growth, rot, and rebirth have always been inseparable in my work. The shellings of cicadas gave way to rays of light splitting through the Front Range during my teenage years in Colorado. Those contrasts between decay and wonder shaped the foundation of how I see and create. My imagination has always lived in that space between beauty and fracture, where silence carries rhythm.
My twenties started with the loss of a close friend marked the beginning of adulthood in a way that felt irreversible. Addiction, heartbreak, and trauma left their fingerprints on everything I became. But rather than destroy, they reshaped. Each wound became part of the creative architecture. Fuel for something alive, something honest.
Over time, that patience became discipline, and discipline became fluency. The tools sharpened alongside understanding, and what began as repetition turned into mastery. That path led naturally into digital mediums illustration, Photoshop, video editing. Each step expanding the vocabulary of what could be expressed. Today, that same instinct for exploration continues through generative AI and short-form cinematic creation, where technology becomes another extension of hand and mind. What once began as sketches on paper now unfolds through systems of light and motion, but the pursuit remains unchanged: to capture the essence of life within everything.
My process reflects that same progression: non-linear, unpredictable, and evolving. I learn in irregularity, not straight lines. Every new skill, thought, or tool becomes another layer in the structure of what Morralyth is becoming. This portfolio is a living organism. Constantly adapting, dissolving, and reforming.
What you see here isn’t perfection. It’s the ongoing translation of experience into design. It’s pain reimagined as light, memory turned into movement, and chaos sculpted into clarity. The work will never stop changing, because neither will I.
